Who we are
TekTross is a website and web-application studio. For anything in this notice, write to admin@tektross.com.
What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive your name, email address, company (if you give it), budget range (if you choose one) and your message. We do not collect anything else through this site.
How the form is delivered
The form is processed by a static form service that forwards your message to our inbox. The service stores the submission so it can deliver it; it does not use it for anything else.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project. Our legal basis is your request to be contacted.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months after our last conversation, then delete them. Ask us and we will delete them sooner.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. It stores one setting in your browser, your light or dark theme choice, and only if you use the theme button. There is no tracking or advertising code.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email admin@tektross.com and we will respond within 30 days.
